Sport at CPUT

Did you know that Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) offers students the opportunity to take part in various types of sports and activities?
You could practice your favourite sport or learn a new one from netball, rugby, soccer, and cricket to surfing, judo, water skiing, karate and much more.

Sports is not only about the exercise, which is great for keeping you fit, it is a way to meet new people, make friends, gain team working skills and find a new hobby which will help you relieve your stress.

  1. I think that the sport activities ONLY caters for the RES students. The full time students that are at Tech during the day cannot participate because most of the classes end early and cannot wait until 17:00 for sporting activities to begin.
